About Us
Genesis Developmental Services was formed in 1994 by Ron and Levonia Dodgen for the purpose of providing increased opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to experience life in the community. Genesis Developmental Services currently works with three regional centers (Regional Center of the East Bay, Golden Gate Regional Center, and Tri-Counties Regional Center) and serves approximately 200 individuals.

Our name gives focus to the origination, evolution, and creation of life enhancing opportunities.
Our mission is to empower the individuals we serve by providing them creative living options and day program services that suport their choices, personal growth and connection to the community.
