- We are looking for positive individuals who are interested in providing training and support to people with developmental disabilities in various programs. Direct Care Staff is responsible for supervising and teaching individuals social skills, independent living techniques and community involvement while documenting the mental and physical progress of persons served.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, patience, have a positive
attitude, enjoys teaching and assisting others, ability to
self-direct and be a team-player. They also must have a HS/GED
with a preference for people with experience in DD or healthcare
field.

Day Program Instructor: Job/Skills Coach

- Genesis Developmental Services is looking for quality candidates who are interested in teaching life skills to people with developmental disabilities. Instructors provide guidance to the individuals we serve through education and direct training, supervision, program planning and documentation in classroom and community settings. This is a full-time, M-F position.

- Candidates should work well with others, be organized and detailed, have a positive attitude, and enjoy assisting others. They also must have a HS/GED and one year of related work experience. An acceptable driving record and the ability to lift 75 lbs are essential.
